The brain is woven into the body via the nervous system. As a result, mental health can impact the rest of the body and vice versa. Allergies and asthma can worsen anxiety and ADHD, sleep issues can worsen depression: the list of brain-body interactions goes on and on. Ultimately, people want to feel better so they can realize their potential.
I'm passionate about all of the body's intricacies and regularly review the scientific literature for a host of conditions. I have found that this passion can help optimize overall health while prioritizing wellness, focus, and cognitive flexibility.
